RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
Please note that shipping charges are non refundable. All returns or exchanges must be pre-arranged with an RA# provided, please email us your order and your request to return or exchange your item/order. After reviewing your request and verifying that the items are new and still with tags and within the two week grace period we will reply with a return authorization number.
Credit card refund please note: Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from from two to eight full business days, depending on your location. Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
If you are shipping Internationally, shipping fees are $40 per order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Sale Items: All sales of items marked as SALE are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.
